Police said suspect robber brandished bottle at Johnson City store clerk

Officers in Johnson City placed a robbery suspect in custody shortly after he threatened a store clerk with a beverage bottle brandished as a weapon while demanding cash.

Randall Greer, 63, is charged with one count of attempted robbery, according to a city report. Greer was arrested at Roadrunner Market on 2900 North Roan Street.
