Police Arrested Johnson City Felon, Following Traffic Stop, Gun, Ammunition Seized
A Johnson City Felon is arrested on a host of charges including Evading Arrest following a routine traffic stop for a registration violation. Police arrested Michael Halterman after turning the wrong way down a one way street while the traffic stop was being initiated. Halterman failed to stop immediately, but when he did was found to be in possession of a .22 caliber rifle, a bottle of prescription pills which he did not have a prescription for. In addition police also confiscated drug paraphernalia and ammunition. Halterman is schedule to appear in Washington County Tennessee General Sessions Court on Tuesday.
