Patient Count At Ballad Hospitals Tops 170 For First Time In Weeks

Following a lull, in the number of patients being admitted, Ballad Health saw its hospital patient count in its 21 county service area jumped by 13 patients on Tuesday, pushing the health care providers total count to 171. That figure marks the first time in several weeks Ballad’s patient count has topped the 170 plateau. Ballad reports there were thirty admissions and 17 discharges. 40 patients remain in Ballad Intensive Care Units with 30 of those using a ventilator to assist with their breathing.
