Passed Out Motorists Arrested By JCPD

A Johnson City man chose the wrong time to take a nap…after being found passed out in a vehicle at a local restaurant. Johnson City officers responded to 417 E Main Street and found a belligerent and argumentative Billy Anderson, who appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic. Then things really went south for Anderson when police called in the K9 unit that picked up the scent of a significant amount of Meth divided for resale, along with drug paraphernalia. Anderson was being housed at the Washington County, Tennessee Detention Center awaiting an arraignment.
