One chapter of missing firefighters’ story ends in death in Cocke County

A tragic ending to the story of two missing Georgia firefighters.

Police in neighboring Cocke County, Tennessee said the bodies of 24-year-old Raegan Anderson and Chandler Kuhbander were found in Anderson’s car on a roadside in the town of Cosby.

A published report said Kuhbander had ended a 7-year relationship with Anderson that started in high school. It also said Anderson disrupted Kuhbander’s dinner date on June 22 resulting in a domestic call to police. The TBI is involved in the case. Autopsies have been ordered.
