Multiple injuries in Dickenson County after head-on crash

Multiple people were injured following a head-on crash in Dickenson County, Virginia Monday morning.

Information from the Clintwood Volunteer Fire Department posted online said a Lifecare ambulance was on a transport call when it was struck by an SUV on Dickenson Highway.

Three people were transported to local hospitals for treatment and the patients on board were assisted from the crashed vehicle, the report said.
