More Than Two Thousand Pennington Gap Residents To Benefit From USDA Water Quality Funding
More than two thousand residents in Pennington Gap, Virginia will benefit with improved water quality after a United States Department of Agriculture’s one point four million dollar loan and grant. Pennington Gap, is among six rural communities across the Commonwealth to receive a portion of more than eight million dollars. The funds will be used for improvements to foundations, basins, and wells in the town’s water system. In total, sixteen thousand residents statewide will benefit from the loan program with improved water quality.
