Marion man pleads guilty to federal drug charges in connection to tainted painkillers
A Marion, Virginia man has pleaded guilty to federal drug charges in connection to selling supplies of tainted pain killers in the region.
Dakota Tunnell, 21, was charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute after he sold 100 of the pills to an undercover officer in September.
Further analysis of the medication showed the pills were laced with fentanyl.
