Man in custody, another dead at Wal Mart shooting in Lebanon VA

Russell County Sheriff Bill Watson reports a man is in custody and another has died at an area hospital after a shooting near the Walmart in Lebanon. The shooting happened Tuesday in the stores parking lot. One person was reportedly shot in the chest and later died at a local hospital. According to Watson, Dennis Gilbert was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and other charges.
