Man accused of chasing then lifting up juvenile’s skirt for video inside Blountville store

A county police report says a child was confronted and chased inside a Dollar General store in Blountville by a man with a cell phone recording her.

Timothy Brandon Jones, 46, is charged with aggravated sexual battery and unlawful photography after the incident at the store on Hines Road.

Jones is accused of pulling up the girl’s skirt and continuing to record after she stopped running from him at the end of an aisle. Jones reportedly ran from the store when the child called for her mother.

Jones was located and arrested earlier this week and was released from jail after posting a $7,500 bond.
