Main Street Pizza Company announces closings

The Main Street Pizza Company announced it will close its Kingsport and Johnson City locations by the end of the year. A social media post by the business cited flooding impacts that have put strain on management and employees’ ability to travel to work, new ownership of the Johnson City King Center raising lease prices, and ongoing construction within the downtown Kingsport area all as reasons the decision to close was made. The post said owners will try to keep Main Street Pizza-Johnson City open through December 15 and Main Street-Kingsport open through December 22, if possible.
