Kingsport: Road work begins April 1 in Upper Sevier Terrace neighborhood

The City of Kingsport says work will begin on Friday in the Upper Sevier Terrace neighborhood, where crews will replace concrete road panels at three intersections. Crews will work at the intersections of Mimosa Drive and Ransome Lane, Carlisle Drive at Robin Lane, and on Fairmont Avenue to Robin Lane.

Work will begin Friday and is expected to be complete by the end of May. The city says drivers in the area should use extreme caution and use alternate routes as much as possible.
