Kingsport Police Investigating Unattended Death At Local Apartment Complex

Kingsport Police are investigating the discovery of an unattended death that occurred at a Kingsport apartment complex Saturday morning. The body of the so far unidentified, 64 year old black male was found inside an apartment at Maple Oaks Apartments located on Oak Street. Police say the individual’s body has been taken to the ETSU James H. Quillen College of Medicine for an autopsy. The investigation is ongoing and no further information will be released by police at this time.
