Kingsport homicide suspect arrested after pursuit

A Kingsport homicide suspect was arrested after a pursuit ended in a crash in Weber City. Kingsport police were in pursuit of Curtis Ferguson when he drove across the state line and into Weber City. Police there joined the pursuit, ending when Ferguson crashed, recklessly driving through a Food City parking lot. Ferguson and another person inside the vehicle were arrested. Ferguson was taken to the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail with additional charges filed by Weber City police.
