Johnson City woman sets fire in apartment of John Sevier Center, charged with arson
A Johnson City woman is charged with arson after reportedly setting a fire in an apartment of the John Sevier Center. According to a report from Johnson City Police, Aimee Phillips, 33, intentionally set a fire in the apartment in late April.
She was arrested on Friday, and is now charged with arson. Phillips is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
