Johnson City Woman Climbs Second Floor Balcony, Assaults Resident

A Johnson City woman is arrested on Aggravated Burglary and Simple Assault charges after she climbs onto a second floor balcony, kicks in a locked balcony door and assaults the resident. JCPD responded to a disturbance call Monday night and arrested Helaina Campbell-Ketron after she assaulted the resident, who received minor injuries. Campbell- Ketron then fled the scene, but was arrested at her home later in the evening. Police say the assault stems from an argument over a man.
