Johnson City Man Dead, Following Shooting In North Knoxville

A Johnson City man is dead following a shooting in North Knoxville on Tuesday. According to Knoxville Police, 21 year old Rahleik Garcia was found suffering from a gunshot wound at the scene where he later died. The department says multiple suspects are being sought by Knoxville Police Investigators.
