Johnson City Man Arrested After Threatening Victim With Shotgun
A Johnson City man faced arraignment Tuesday after being arrested on several offenses including aggravated assault and prohibited weapon charges. Jose Marquez was arrested by JCPD after pointing a shotgun at an individual in a vehicle on West Market Street demanding the victim to open the door. Marquez fled the scene, but was apprehended a short time later. Marquez is being housed at the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center on a 31 thousand five hundred dollars bond.
