Johnson City leaf collection service to begin November 1
The City of Johnson City’s annual fall leaf collection service begins on November 1st. City residents are asked to not bag leaves and to keep piles behind the curb, instead of on the street. All piles should be free of trash, sticks, and debris or they will not be collected. Johnson City officials remind residents that brush pick-up happens year-round and may be altered due to leaf collection. City residents can also request the delivery of full containers of leaves for needs such as mulch and fertilizer. Those with questions or concerns on leaf collection should contact Johnson City Public Works.
