JC Planning Commission OK’s Autumn Ridge rezoning

The Johnson City Planning Commission has voted to move forward with a rezoning request at the Autumn Ridge subdivision off of Bristol Highway. 33 more homes would be add to the subdivision. About seven acres fronting Bristol Highway will remain zoned for business. The proposal will now move on to the Johnson City Commission, where it will have to make it through three readings, which could be complete by the end of April.
