JC man arrested and charged with assault

On March 30, Johnson City Police Department arrested 65 year old Raymond Fox, of Johnson City and charged him with aggravated assault. Police were called Around 3 p.m.to 103 S. Roan St. for an argument. Officers found that Fox threatened the other person with what he claimed was a gun during the altercation. Officers determined it was not a real firearm. Fox was arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
