JC Commission approves sale of Buffalo Valley Golf Course

The Johnson City Commission approved the third and final reading of the sale of the former Buffalo Valley Golf Course. That 124-acre property is off Unicoi Drive in Unicoi County but is owned by Johnson City. Land owners adjacent to the course will be purchasing large parcels of the property.
