Inappropriate Touching, Lands Suspect In Jail

In appropriate touching is the charged a Johnson City man is now facing after investigators receive a sexual battery report. Jacob Spiess, of Johnson City was picked up by officers in the incident that occurred the last week of January on West Walnut Street after police received a complaint of inappropriate touching. Spiess is scheduled for an arraignment on Felony Sexual Battery Charges in Washington County Tennessee General Sessions Court.
