Griffith, Kaine, and Warner contact president to urge appeal of FEMA denial for Hurley flood help

FEMA denied a request last month that could have given Hurley, Virginia property owners access to select programs to help them with repairs, emergency housing, and help to pay for uninsured or underinsured damages.
