Greene County crash on I-81 Monday injures 2 juveniles

A crash report from the THP says a juvenile driver and an infant passenger were both injured after a crash on Interstate 81 in Greene County that prompted a medical helicopter response. According to a preliminary report, a 2005 Honda was heading south on I-81 near mile marker 37 around 10:30 a.m. Monday when it ran off the right side of the road, spun out, and hit a tree. The THP identified the driver only as a 17-year-old and the passenger as an infant less than a year old. Both were injured and charges against the driver are pending.
