Gate City man charged with arson in Stateline Tire fire

A Gate City man has been charged with arson following a fire at Stateline Tire in Weber City that happened in November last year. 24 year old Tristan C. Sexton was indicted by a grand jury for arson in Scott County. Sexton is currently being held in the Hawkins County Jail for charges in Tennessee. That blaze at Stateline Tire took firefighters the better part of 2 days to extinguish, as the fire re-ignited and units were called back to the site the day after the initial fire.
