ETSU announces new minor in Brewing and Distillation Studies

East Tennessee State University announced the addition of a new minor in Brewing and Distillation Studies. ETSU and local brewery, Tennessee Hills, made the announcement during a news conference earlier this week.

ETSU officials say this minor will allow students to find success in the craft beverage industry, which has become popular among young adults in recent years. This minor consists of 21 credit hours, and the first class in the program begins in the Spring 2022 semester.
