Election day voting underway in TN and VA

Today is Election Day, and residents in NETN and SWVA who have not already voted are heading to the polls. Polls opened at 8 this morning In Northeast Tennessee and will close this evening at 8 p.m. Voters still in line at 8 p.m. will be able to cast their ballot. In Virginia, polls opened at 6 a.m. And will remain opened until 7 p.m. Voters in line by 7 p.m., will be able to vote. Voters must report to their precinct’s assigned location. Both states require voters to bring proper forms of identification, which include government-issued photo Ids.
