Early Monday Morning Blaze Destroys Phipps Bend Industrial Park Structure…No Injuries Reported

An early, Monday morning structure fire at an industry in the Phipps Bend Industrial Park causes heavy damages but no injuries. At approximately four A.M. Monday, multiple Hawkins County Fire Departments, the Hawkins County Emergency Management Agency, Hawkins County EMS, the County Emergency Response Team and the Volunteer Fireman’s Association arrived at Contour Industries in the Phipps Bend Industrial Park and discovered the building consumed in flames. EMA says there was no hazard to the public and the investigation is ongoing.
