Driver accused in death of Milligan athlete arraigned in York County, Virginia
The driver accused of killing Milligan University track athlete Eli Cramer has made his first court appearance in York County, Virginia.
Jose Mancia, 26, was arraigned on charges of DUI and manslaughter and is being held without bond in the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail in Williamsburg.
Mancia was arrested shortly after hitting Cramer and two other team members who were practicing for the Colonial Relays. Mancia is set for a preliminary hearing on June 14, according to an official in General District Court.
