‘Dangerous’ couple wanted for August 14 stabbing

The two prime suspects in a stabbing in Jonesborough earlier this month remain on the run.

Sheriff Keith Sexton said Adam Porter, 40, and Savannah Barber, 23, are charged with aggravated assault for the Aug. 19 incident. Police said the two victims were attacked by multiple people with a hatchet and a knife with one victim requiring surgery and a hospital stay for their injuries.

The report said Porter and Barber should be considered dangerous.
