Charges pending following fatal weekend crash in Johnson City

The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports charges are pending following a fatal weekend crash in Johnson City.

Christian Morrow, 21, of Mosheim crashed her vehicle into the back of a subcompact on West Market Street as she was pursued by officers with the Tusculum Police Department.

The THP report said the compact driver Anna Pearson, 22, of Afton died from her injuries. Morrow was injured in the crash.
