Carter County Sheriff’s Office offer reward for escapee

The Carter County Sheriff’s Office is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the capture of escaped inmate Billy Fletcher.
43 year old Fletcher is serving a violation of probation sentence and walked off from his work detail at the Carter County Detention Center on Thursday of last week. The sheriff’s office has now places an escape charge on Fletcher. Anyone with information on his location is asked to call the Carter County Sheriff’s Office or submit an online tip.
