Bristol, Tennessee Council Sets Out Process For Replacing Keen
In an update to a story we first told you about Monday, Bristol Tennessee City Council has determined the process by which a current city council vacancy will be filled. Chad Keen announced his retirement to make a possible run for an open seat in the Tennessee General Assembly. The city must fill the post within thirty days of the vacancy from a resident in the East District. The resident must be at least 21 years of age and can not be employed by the City of Bristol. Qualified individuals who are interested should contact City Hall. Council will vote on the selection on February 22 and will be sworn in on March 8th.
