Body in fatal Grundy fire identified by the VSP

The Virginia State Police have identified the person who died during a fire in Grundy. The Grundy and Big Rock Fire Department responded to a fire in the 1200 block of Six and Twenty Mile Branch Road around 9:26 a.m. Tuesday morning. A body was found in the home near the entrance after crews extinguished the fire. The body has been identified as 53 year old, Christopher Hensley. The cause and origin of the fire remains under investigation. The fire does not appear to be suspicious in nature.
