Bell to bell cell phone ban for VA public schools

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin signed an executive order back in July to establish cell phone-free education in Virginia public schools. Youngkin says the state has received mostly positive feedback. Tuesday, the Virginia Department of Education issued it’s final guidance on cell phone-free education, establishing a bell-to-bell ban on cell phones. Tennessee law makers are also looking to create similar legislation.
