Man accused of shooting JCPD officer out on bond

The man charged with attempted first-degree murder after allegedly shooting a Johnson City Police Department officer has been bonded out of jail. Timothy D. Blair posted his $250,000 bond Tuesday. Last Wednesday, an officer with the JCPD was shot near South Barton Street. Blair, who was of of jail on bond, is accused of the shooting. Johnson City Police said Monday, that the officer was released from the hospital. Blair’s next court appearance is set for March 27 at 1:30 p.m.
