Sean Williams officially appeals conviction

Convicted child pornography producer Sean Williams appealed his conviction Monday. U.S. District Judge Ronnie Greer sentenced Williams to 95 years in federal prison last week. Mark Brown, Williams attorney during the November 2024 trial , filed the appeal. Williams was convicted of three counts of enticing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purposes of manufacturing child pornography. Greer sentenced him to the maximum 30 years on each count, with an additional five-year sentence for an escape charge that a jury convicted Williams on in July 2024. The appeal will now be at the 6th District U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati.
