TOSHA investigating workplace death in Johnson County

Tennessee OSHA is investigating a workplace death in Johnson County. Authorities notified the agency of a death on January 30 in the 400 block of Dotson Road in the Trade community. The agency said it started an investigation, which typically involves an investigator surveying the location of the incident, reviewing company records and procedures, and conducting interviews with management and employees. An investigation into a workplace fatality can take up to eight months to complete. TOSHA did not state the name of the employer involved.
