WCSO arrest woman for “hunting” victim

On Monday, Washington County Sheriff’s Office Deputies have arrested 34 year old Ashley Garden, for Aggravated Domestic Assault. Deputies arrived at a residence in the 300 block of CD Williams Road late Monday afternoon in response to an aggravated assault and made contact with Garden, who at the time was believed to be the victim. She said a man, later identified as the victim, was hiding in the residence and may have access to a firearm.  Deputies made entry and found the victim hiding. He advised law enforcement that he was hiding from the suspect due to her firing a rifle inside the house and threatening to shoot him. The victim then showed officers videos on his cellphone stating that Garden was hunting him. Deputies could hear sounds of gunfire on the video.  Garden admitted she fired shots inside the residence and was placed into custody.
