Hard Rock Bristol developers set late fall timeline for grand opening

Partners with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Bristol announced an extension for the grand opening of their permanent operations off Gate City Highway.

The report from company officials said the timeline has moved from July to late 2024. Legislation passed by the General Assembly allows casino operation with a temporary gaming facility an additional six months to finalize projects and financial commitments under the law have been met.

A statement from Hard Rock Bristol President Allie Evangelista said the extension allows the resort staff to create a finished product that exceeds expectations.
