Kingsport Farmers Market scheduled to open with fresh renovations

The Kingsport Farmers Market will open for the 2024 season April 27 and will debut the brand new renovations of the space for both vendors and visitors. For the past three months, improvements and renovations have been done to the market facility. The $313,000 project included painting the interior of the building, repairing and refinishing the floor, fixing the cracks and leaks in the ceiling and installing three new industrial sized fans for better cooling and air flow. The Kingsport Farmers Market will be open on Saturdays through the end of November and on Wednesdays beginning May 1 through the end of September from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day.
