WCSO asks for publics help in fatal crash investigation
Washington County, Tennessee authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle that reportedly left the scene of a fatal crash on Sunday. The Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office says that 51 year old Travis Lane of Jonesborough, was traveling north on A.A. Deakins Road just after 7 p.m. when part of an awning broke off of a passing trailer and through Lane’s windshield. The vehicle came to rest in a nearby field and Lane was pronounced dead at the scene. A residential camera in the 600 block of A.A.
