UPDATE: State panel issues 30-day suspension for Sullivan County judge
A three-man investigative panel determined Sullivan County Judge William Rogers’ conduct in January did not uphold the Code of Judicial Conduct when he was pulled over for DUI.
That panel issued Rogers a 30-day suspension based on his guilty plea the same month he was cited.
The report noted Rogers sought help for substance abuse. Rogers has been on the bench since 2017.
