Historic Virginia State University to host third Presidential debate

Petersburg’s Virginia State University was selected as the site for the third Presidential debate for next year.

The Commission on Presidential Debates announced the four host cities which also include Texas State University, Lafayette College in Pennsylvania, and the University of Utah.

Virginia State’s event will be the first debate staged at a Historically Black College or University.
