Endangered young adult alert issued by TBI for Kingsport woman
A Kingsport, Tennessee woman not seen since October 15 is now the subject of an Endangered Young Adult Alert by the TBI.
The agency, in accordance with the Holly Bobo Act, said in a report that they want to locate Hollynn Snapp, 19, and the Bell Ridge Drive section of the city was the location of her last whereabouts.
* Hollynn is 4 feet 8 inches tall
* 110 pounds
* Brown hair
* Hazel eyes

A Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office statement said Hollynn’s family reported her missing on Sunday. It also said the last time she spoke with them was October 5th and it was out of character for her to go without contact daily.
An Endangered Young Adult Alert in accordance with the Holly Bobo Act has been issued on behalf of the @SCSO_1780 for 19 y/o Hollynn Snapp.
She was last seen on October 15th in the area of Bell Ridge Dr., in Kingsport.
