Northeast State’s Downtown Centre Location To Close

At the end of this Spring Semester, Northeast State Community College’s Johnson City location will be closing and moving to another location in Gray. Northeast’s lease with the Johnson City Development Authority is coming to an end. NE State had been renting the Downtown Centre location for one thousand dollars a month. A recent building appraisal on the facility came back with a recommended value of about thirty thousand dollars per month. The Downtown Centre classes will relocate to the Gray Campus.
