Bristol, Virginia Man Arrested On First Degree Murder Charges In Double Shooting

A Bristol, Virginia man is arrested and charged with first degree murder in connection to a double shooting that took place on December 8th. 25 year old Wynston Scott Rhienhart was arrested over the weekend for the murder of 29 year old Christopher D. Cater of Bristol, Virginia. Rhienhart is also charged with the malicious wounding of another victim who was shot on Harvey Lane. Rhienhart is being held without bond in Southwest Virginia Regional Jail.
