Loud Muffler Violation Turns Costly For Greeneville Man

A loud muffler violation is the least of the worries for a Greeneville man now facing a host of drug and drug paraphernalia charges. Kevin King, was initially pulled over for a loud muffler, but an open air walk around by a Greeneville K-9 officer changed all that when the K-9 turned up more than 20 grams of meth, 14 grams of mushrooms, 38 grams of pot, and an assortment of various pills in the trunk of his vehicle. King is now charged with Manufacture, Delivery and Sale of Meth, Possession of Schedule Drugs, and Drug Paraphernalia, in addition to the Muffler Violation. King is being held in the Greene County Jail.
