Motorcycle rider being pursued in Washington County, Virginia dies from crash injuries

A motorcycle rider that State Police said was being pursued by Washington County, Virginia deputies died from crash injuries sustained late Monday.

The preliminary report says Tommy Millhorn, 40, of Bristol, Tennessee, was traveling southbound on Route 611 when his cycle went off the right side of the road and hit an embankment.

Millhorn was taken to an Abingdon hospital where he later died. The crash remains under review.
